Nancy Sapp 'Judy' Stafford

KERNERSVILLE-Nancy Sapp (Judy) Stafford, 68 passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born July 11, 1943 in Virginia to the late Charles D., and Dillie Slate Sapp. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two, sisters, Betty S. Whaley and Patsy S. Litaker. Judy attended services at Manna Baptist Church until illness prevented her from doing so. Surviving are her two children, Sherry S. Crouse and Tony L. Stafford; three grandchildren, Joshua R. Stafford, Sierra Stafford and Hayley Crouse; siblings, Howard Sapp, Leo Sapp, Kenneth Sapp (Nancy), Ruby Nicol, and Janice Marcus (John); A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Bruce Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Tuesday, August 30 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
