Mrs. Nancy Ann Cromer Spaugh, 85, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020, at her residence. Nancy was born in Forsyth County on April 17, 1935, to Margaret Evola Hartley and Toney Floyd Cromer. She retired from R.J. Reynolds after 36 years of service as an Inspector. She enjoyed trips to the beach and walking with her fur baby, Sassy. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Spaugh; former husband, J.W. Kight; son, Allen Wayne Kight; and two sisters, Glenda Moore and Jeanie Huffman. Surviving are two sons, Toney Kight (wife Beth) and Kevin Spaugh (wife Sissy); eight grandsons, Jonathan Kight (wife Jessica), Stephen Kight (wife Symantha), Anthony Kight (wife Kellie), Adam Kight (Tracy), Allen Kight, Austin Kight (wife Lauren), Kevin Spaugh, Jr., Michael Spaugh; 21 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Carolyn Fulp and Janice Blankenship. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday July 10, 2020, at Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27295.
