Nancy Jo Hamric

The Hamric children will celebrate the home going of Nancy Hamric, who departed this present world on June 1st at 9:50pm at Baptist Hospital in North Carolina. She was the last living child of Henry and Hazel Searcy, and the sister of Carl Searcy and Lois Searcy. Nancy Hamric was born Nancy Jo Searcy, a Tennessee native on April 22 1937. She departed peacefully with her son Mark at her bedside. She is survived by her five children, Gail Mathena, Mark Hamric, Leila Walker, Preston Hamric, and JoAnnis Rittley. Ms. Hamric had ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the Roselawn Memory Gardens Chapel in Johnson City TN. on Thursday June 7th at 11:30 AM. Pastor Beechard Moorefield of New Life Family Worship Center where Ms. Hamric attended will give a message.
