Nancy Clark

Nancy Clark, born November 27, 1951, passed away Tuesday August 12, 2014, after a short courageous battle with cancer.

Nancy was born in Winston-Salem, graduated from Parkland High School and continued her education in Radiologic Technology at Forsyth Memorial Hospital. Nancy was a devoted and hard-working employee for

many years, touching the lives of all of her patients with compassion and charm.

Nancy's true talent was making her corner of the world a cozier and more beautiful space, wherever she went. She was extremely creative, with a flair for interior design, fashion and crafting.

A true southern charmer, Nancy will be remembered for her quick wit, her hospitality, a warm heart, a natural love of animals, and her enduring resiliency and hopefulness in the face of many health problems. She will be missed dearly by many friends, a loving family and three fluffy kitties who think the world of her.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Louise Harrell, and is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ron Clark; a daughter Jamie Meares and her husband, Brian of Raleigh; and her sister and brother-in-law Ellen and Charlie Binkley.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 14th, at Forsyth Memorial Park with the Rev. Bill McElveen and the Rev. John Jackman officiating. The family will receive friends at Nancy and Ron's home following the service and look forward to visiting and celebrating Nancy's life.
