Mrs. Nadine Marie Essary Farmer, 72, passed away at Forsyth Medical Center on October 1, 2022.  Nadine was born on April 10, 1950, to Doris Johnson Essary and Daniel James Essary in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  She was a graduate of Parkland High School.  Nadine delighted in birdwatching and caring for her flower garden.  More than anything, she loved spending time with treasured family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Farmer and a great grandchild, Carson Haden.  Surviving are her three children, Tina Adkins, Hope Adkins (Chris Childress), and Johnny Adkins; grandchildren, Mikenzie Leigh Adkins, Christopher Scott Adkins, and Nicole Lynn Bowman; great grandchildren, Raelynn Haden and Kolton Haden; sisters, Darline Horton (Marshall) and Christine Stanfield; brothers, Daniel Essary and Junior Essary; and a beloved feline companion, “Boots.” A memorial service will be held at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
