Nada Bodenhamer Gregory Harrison

Mrs. Nada Bodenhamer Gregory Harrison, 79, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Loris Community Hospital in Loris, SC as a result of an automobile accident. She was born in Forsyth County on July 16, 1930 to the late Herbert Bryant Bodenhamer and Eunice Belle Shouse Bodenhamer. Mrs. Harrison was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her and was a member of First Baptist Church of Rural Hall. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ovadean Gregory, her second husband, Billy Harrison, a brother, Ralph Bodenhamer and a sister, Joann B. Burnette. Mrs. Harrison is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Lee of Rural Hall, two sons, Keith Gregory and wife Jeanne of Union, SC and Jerry Gregory of Fayetteville, two step-children, David Harrison of Rural Hall and Billie Jo Calvery of Missouri, ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, four sisters, Linda B. White and husband Don of Germanton, Eleanor B. Brantley and husband John of Ocala, FL, Shirley B. McKaughan and husband Ron of Kernersville and Deborah B. York of High Point and by several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Rural Hall with Rev. Keith McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9 this evening July 28, 2009 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Rural Hall, P.O. Box 387, Rural Hall, NC 27045.
