Myrtle Geneva Primm Cagle

Mrs. Myrtle Geneva Primm Cagle, 87, of Winston-Salem died Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born August 27, 1922 in Lincolnton. Mrs. Cagle was a member of North Point Baptist Church. She attended Woodland Baptist Church for many years before joining North Point Baptist. She retired from Sears & Roebuck following 44 years of service in the Toy Department. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her loving husband of 68 years, Martin L. Cagle, Sr; one son, Martin L. Cagle, Jr. and wife Sandra and one daughter, Genie Cagle both of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Cliff Cagle of Winston-Salem and Crickett C. Cloplin and husband, Chris of Clemmons; four great grandchildren, Adam and Jake Cagle and Courtney and Landon Choplin; one sister, Evelyn W. Caldwell of Myrtle Beach, SC; a special pet, Marcy Angel; a nephew, Buddy Prim and wife, Pat. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Brother Vic Pyles officiating. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to North Side Dialysis Center, 500 West Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
