Myles Lionel Thorne

KERNERSVILLE-Myles Lionel Thorne, 70, a loving father and grandfather passed away Friday, July 10, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born October 15, 1938 in Spartanburg Co., SC to the late Carl and Roxie Tanner Thorne. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Ezell Thorne. Surviving are two sons, Terry C. Thorne and wife Kathy, Myles C. Thorne and wife Lori; one daughter, Jane Norman and husband David; one brother, Henry Thorne; six grandchildren, Heather and Katie Thorne, Sarah Dralle and husband Greg, Josh Norman, Kevin Cunningham and Meghan Thorne. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 pm Sunday, July 12, 2009 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory with Pastor Thomas Albert officiating.
