Mrs. Theo McDowell Dyson

On February 10, 2013 our Heavenly Father gently took the hand of his precious child, Theo McDowell Dyson and whispered…""come with me"". Theo was a strong and caring family provider and teacher. She fought many battles with her health over the years and is now free of pain and rejoicing with her husband, Lacy, daughter, Catherine Rose and their parents, her two brothers and four sisters. Theo was a member of Grapevine Baptist Church and was retired from the Forsyth County School System, Surviving to cherish her memory is a son; Dwight Dyson of Wilmington, NC, three daughters; Sylvia Dyson and Huston Shaw of Winston-Salem, Julie and Keith Tuttle of Winston-Salem, Donna Huff and John Settle of Winston-Salem, two grandchildren; Travis Keith and Lacee Michelle Tuttle. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 6:00 pm Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Comer officiating. The Family will receive friends following the Service. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 13, in the Garland Cemetery, Garland, NC. The family wishes, Memorials be made to Hospice/Palliative
