Mrs. Nelda Sheets Howell

HOWELL Clemmons- Nelda Lou Sheets Howell went to be with her heavenly father on July 23, 2011 after a series of health problems. She was born March 25, 1933 in Forsyth County to George and Mattie Lawrence Sheets. She graduated from Lewisville High School in 1951. She married Carl Edward Howell on January 10, 1953. They were married for 51 years. Preceding her in death was her husband, parents and one brother, Max Wilburn Sheets. Mrs. Howell enjoyed the beach and reading. Surviving are two daughters, Ruth Howell and Rachel Baker (Andy) both of Winston-Salem; three grandchildren, Angie House of Charlotte, David Stanley (Carrie), and Beth Stanley, both of Winston-Salem; one great-grandson, Caleb Stanley of Winston-Salem; brother, Hassel Sheets (Virginia) of Clemmons; also surviving are two nephews, Dwayne Sheets (Wanda) of Pfafftown and Dave Sheets (Debbie) of Kennebunk, Maine. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 25, 2011 at Boyer's Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery with Mr. James Percival officiating.
