Mrs. Nancy Rebecca Hinkle Shore

Mrs. Nancy Rebecca Hinkle Shore, 79, died early Friday morning, May 8, 2009 at her home. She was born on October 23, 1929 to Fannie Mae and Sanford Oscar Hinkle in Forsyth County. She attended High Point College and spent her life caring for others, especially her children and grandchildren. She loved her church, and was a life-long member of New Friendship Baptist where she was a wonderful encourager to all. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Sanford, her husband, Thomas E. Shore, and her two brothers, Talmadge and Pete Hinkle. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy, her son-in law, Steve, grandchildren, Kasey, Brett, and Dustin Sneed, and Ashley Shore and her mother, Carol Vick, her sister, Mary Doby, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 on Saturday, May 9 at New Friendship Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Byrne officiating.
