Mrs. Matilda Anne Machek

Matilda Anne Machek, 74, of Winston-Salem passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Oak Forest Nursing Center. She was born May 31, 1934 in Jackson County to Samuel Blaine and Maude Mitchell Hutchison. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ronnie Machek. Surviving is a daughter, Michaelyn Machek Culligan and husband Timothy and granddaughter, Lauren of Two Rivers, Wisconsin; two brothers, W. T. Hutchison of Brevard and Max Hutchison and wife Marjorie of Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 10 at Pinedale Christian Church with Pastor Bob McCaskill officiating.
