Mrs. Ione Lloyd Wall

Ione Lloyd Wall, 89, of Winston-Salem passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. Mrs. Wall was born January 25, 1924 in Guilford County to the late Ed and Etta Hill Lloyd. She grew up in the Junior Order Homes in Lexington, NC and Tiffan, Ohio and lived in the Sedge Garden Community most of her adult life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Wall, whom she was married for Sixty-Six years, also a brother Harold Lloyd. Surviving to cherish her memory are a daughter; Sandra Brown and husband, Padro of Danbury, NC., two sons Wade Wall and wife, Susan of Kernersville, NC, Mike Wall and wife, Christine of Belews Creek, NC, six grandchildren; Karen Brown, Ben Wall, Lisa Heath, Dawn Miller, Donna Bryant, Barbra Troutman, David Southern, six great-grand-children; Jeffrey Bryant, Logan Bryant, Brady Bryant, Alissa Troutman, Joch Southern, Alivia Heath, Harvey Ray Wall, Calvin Wall, two sisters, Louise Thomson, Marty Bowles and a brother, Lester Lloyd The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The Funeral Service will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday, February 21 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
