Mrs. Ina Kay Lankford Haynes

Mrs. Ina Kay Lankford Haynes, 92, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Regency Care of Clemmons. She was born September 11, 1920 in Forsyth County to Monroe and Champie Mae Alley Lankford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hillard T. Haynes. Surviving are a daughter, LuAnn Chapple (Matthew) of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Brad Rose (Crystal) of Clemmons and Allison Chapple of Winston-Salem; two great grandchildren, Hunter and Zoey Rose; three sisters, a twin sister Nina Davis, Neva Mabe and Helen Hedgecock, all of Forsyth County; and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:30 PM on Monday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
