Mrs. Hazel Juanita Bullard Sprinkle Hill

Mrs. Hazel Juanita Bullard Sprinkle Hill, 77, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Clemmons Village I Assisted Living. She was born April 17, 1934 in Forsyth County to Esther Mae Watts and Ernest Leo Bullard. Mrs. Hill retired from NC Baptist Hospital with 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Leo Bullard and Ernest Junior Bullard. She is survived by her husband, Robert Long Hill of the home; two daughters, Robin Fletcher and husband David of Clemmons, Kimerly Harkey and companion Terry Trivette of Winston-Salem; one granddaughter, Alexandria Harkey of Winston-Salem; one sister, Kathlene ""Peanut"" B. Meyer of Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held 1:00PM, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at the old Parklawn Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Kelly Carpenter officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30AM until 12:30PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3800 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215. The family would like to thank the staff at Clemmons Village I for all their love and support.
