Mrs. Gene Reynolds Langdon

KERNERSVILLE - Mrs. Gene Reynolds Langdon, 87, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Kernersville Medical Center. Gene was born on March 10, 1925 in Guilford County to the late James Farley and Leona Hinton Reynolds. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Kernersville. Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Hampton Langdon; two sons, Scott Langdon (Donna) of PA and Eric Langdon of Kernersville; one daughter, Leanne Langdon Murdoch (George) of Decatur, GA; three grandchildren, Alexandra, Danielle and Tyler Murdoch; and one sister, Doris Dale Paysour of Greensboro. A private family committal service will be held Saturday morning at Guilford Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Clark Vincent officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church Fellowship Hall. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
