Mrs. Esma Lee Sheetz Mullis Spaugh

Mrs.. Esma Lee Sheetz Mullis Spaugh, 87, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away on Monday, January 07, 2013. Mrs. Spaugh was born October 23, 1925 in Forsyth County to the late, Richard Lee and Grace Money Sheetz. She was a graduate of R J Reynolds High School and Draughan's Business College. Mrs. Spaugh was retired from Bell South after 38 years of service, where she was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and was a member of New Philadelphia Moravian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Paul W. Mullis and Luther D. Spaugh, Jr. and a son, Richard W. Mullis. Surviving to cherish her memory are a brother; Rev. Joe Sheetz of Glade Valley, NC, two sisters Helen Gray of Glade Valley, Martha Allred of Ennice, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be conducted 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 9, 2013 in the New Philadelphia Graveyard officiated by The Rev. Dr. Worth Green and Rev. John Rights. The Family will receive friends following in the Church Fellowship Hall.
