Mrs. Amy Star Sizemore

A bright star has fallen from our lives. Amy Star Sizemore, a beautiful gift to everyone she knew, left this world Friday July 5th, 2013. She is survived by her husband Jakob T. Gas and two children, Makenzie Grace Gas and Mason Dean Gas, as well as her parents Jeff and Becky Sizemore. She was born October 19th, 1983. Mom and Dad always referred to her as ""Momma's precious angel, and Daddy's little bug"". She was and always will be Mom and Dad's pride and joy, never forgotten from their hearts. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and her many friends. Amy was active in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics and beauty pageants. She was named 'Little Miss Forsyth County' on her eighth birthday. She later graduated from Parkland High School and Appalachian State University. She held positions at Winston-Salem City Employees Credit Union and Kaplan Early Learning Company. A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, July 10th at 7:00 pm at Hayworth Miller Funeral home at their Silas Creek Parkway location, led by Minister Harry Neal. Visitors will be received by the family after the service. A donation fund has been set up for Amy's surviving family at Wells Fargo bank.
