Mr. Virgil 'Rick' Hester

Mr. Virgil Reich ""Rick"" Hester, 71, of Advance passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born August 8, 1941 in Forsyth County to Virgil Oliver and Ruby Reich Hester. He is survived by his wife, Mary T. Hester; two daughters, Sharon Britt (Charlie) and Christine Evans (Paul); one son, Richard Hester (Chasity); ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Bill Hester (Ivadine) and Thurmond Hester (Betty) and two sisters, Betty Jane Messick (Harold) and Peggy York (Kenneth). A funeral service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Grapevine Baptist Church in Lewisville with Pastor Ronnie Comer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
