Mr. James 'Jim' Marlow

Mr. James ""Jim"" Marlow, 84, passed away Tuesday, August 06, 2013 at Clarebridge Senior Living. He was born September 4, 1928 in Marion, Illinois to Louis Marlow and Maureen Woodard. Mr. Marlow attended Georgia Tech University and graduated from Auburn University where he was accepted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Fraternity. He retired from Lucent Technologies in 1983 with 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving is his wife, Jean Marlow of the home; three children, Gregory Marlow of Frederick, MD; Paige Marlow of Lancaster, SC; Leslie M. Geist and husband Scott of Ellicott City, MD; three grandchildren, Marlow Elizabeth Geist, Elias Gregory Geist, and Trevor Marlow Hoxworth. No services are scheduled.
