Mozelle Phillips Slater

Mrs. Mozelle Phillips Slater, 79, of Jefferson City, TN, formerly of Winston-Salem passed away Monday, December 24, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Walter Slater. She is survived by her children, Ray Slater (Kathy) of Morristown, TN, Lora Goins (Ricky) of Winston-Salem, Thomas Slater, Jr. (Teresa) of Mocksville; grandchildren, Amanda Vestal (Casey) of Clemmons, Allyson Medlin (Zachary) of Winston-Salem, Joshua Slater of Mocksville; great grandchildren, Dillon, Jake and Anna Vestal and extended family. The family will receive friends Monday, December 31 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Elm Grove United Methodist Church, 7240 Reynolda Road, Pfafftown and at other times at the daughter's residence. The family would like to thank Life Care Center of Jefferson City for all the loving care they gave mom.
