Mittie Pearl Southern Campbell

KERNERSVILLE - Mrs. Mittie Pearl Southern Campbell, 84, passed away Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, at her home. She was born May 27, 1924, to the late David Vernon and Annie Setzler Southern. Mittie was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Kernersville. Surviving are her loving husband of 58 years, Benjamin Leroy ""Roy"" Campbell; a daughter, Regina Auman, and husband Mark; a grandson, Daniel Auman; a niece, Eloise Faircloth; a great-niece, Sherrie Brouhard, and husband Clint; a great-nephew, Lloyd Faircloth; three great-great-nephews; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Southern. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, at First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Kernersville, with Pastor Jack Edmondson and the Rev. Tim Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today, Aug. 18, at Hayworth-Miller-Cain Funeral Home in Kernersville.
