Miles Burick

Mr. Miles Michael Burick, 72, passed away Saturday May 14, 2022, at Woltz Hospice Home. He was born November 10, 1949, in Forsyth County to the late Frank and Dorothy Burick. He proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Miles was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoyed to shag. He was a DJ for The Bushes Beach Club and Thristy’s Beach Club. Miles had a sense of humor and enjoyed being around animals, especially his two dogs. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Kelly Denise Burick; and brother, Frankie Burick. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Burick; the mother to his children, Karen Saunders Burick; four grandchildren, Zach Burick (Nicole), Katelyn Burick, Dylan Burick, and Haley Taylor; five great-grandchildren, Brantley Burick, Kaylee Burick, Gage Burick, Weston Burick, and Wyatt Burick; and his childhood best friend, Rick Edwards. A celebration of life will be conducted at 1:00PM Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Salisbury National Cemetery.
