Mildred Virginia Nunn

Mrs. Mildred Virginia Eads Nunn, 97, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at her home in Rural Hall. She was born on March 14, 1926, in Pulaski County, V.A., to the late William and Lula Eads. Mildred worked in the hosiery industry until the age of 72. She also attended Freedom Baptist Church for several years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Johnny Nunn, eight siblings and one child. Mildred is survived by seven children, fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday November 6, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Pastor Tim Gammons officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
