Mildred "Mil" Hardy Lentz

Mrs. Mildred ""Mil"" Hardy Lentz, age 93, of Fayetteville passed away December 3, 2015 at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab in Fayetteville. Mrs. Lentz was born October 23, 1922 in Forsyth County to John Hiram Hardy and Ida Mae Davenport Hardy. She was a lifelong member of Kingswood United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents Mrs. Lentz was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Lentz; five sisters and four brothers. Mrs. Lentz is survived by her daughter, Karen (Philip) Reilly of Fayetteville; two grandchildren, Kimberly (Earl Dean) Wilson and Christopher Reilly; four great-grandchildren: C.J. (Sarah) Reilly, Earl Dean (Samantha) Wilson, Corey Wilson and Megan Wilson; three great-great-grandchildren: Savannah Reilly, Kiersten Reilly and Zachary Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lentz will be held Monday afternoon, December 7, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Rural Hall by Rev. Sidney Lanier. Entombment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall Sunday evening December 6th from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Kingswood United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 399, Rural Hall, NC 27045.
