Mildred Nuckolls Kimel

Mildred Nuckolls Kimel of Frye Bridge Rd, Clemmons passed away March 16, 2013 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born July 18, 1920 in Whitfield County, GA to Clarence C. & Lucille Masters Nuckolls. She was a member of Friedberg Moravian Church. She married her best friend and the love of her life Russell S. Kimel on June 17, 1943. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell S. Kimel and a brother John Nuckolls, of Tunnel Hill, GA . Surviving are her five sons, Rex Kimel (Saundra) of Castle Rock, CO, Larry Kimel, Dwain Kimel (Vicki Jo), Mark Kimel (Vicky) all of Clemmons, NC and John Kimel of Charlotte, NC. 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren, One sister Kathryn Middleton, Two brothers, Lamont Nuckolls (Veda), Denton Nuckolls (Althea) and one sister- in-law Martha Nuckolls all of Tunnel Hill, GA. And many dear nephews and nieces. Funeral Services will be held at Friedberg Moravian Church on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in the church graveyard. Family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service in the church parlor. Memorials may be made to Friedberg Moravian Church Building Fund.
