Mildred Vickers Frye

Mrs. Mildred Sue Vickers Frye, 85, of East Bend, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Yadkin Nursing Center. She was born in Forsyth County on July 31, 1930 to James Franklin and Sarah Elizabeth Sprinkle Vickers. Mrs. Frye was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George H. Frye, Sr, and a daughter Kay Frye, and 2 Brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by a daughter Brenda Frye Gaither and husband Gene, a son George H. Frye, Jr and wife Ruth, two grandchildren Christopher Wilborn and George H Frye, III, two great grandchildren Kalen Wilborn and Sara Frye, and a close friend Sandy Wilborn, and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Enon Baptist Church by Rev. Mark Elmore. The body will lie instate 30 minutes prior to the funeral service. The family will receive friends Friday, November 20, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 at Hayworth Miller Lewisville.
