Michelle Kennedy

Mrs. Michelle Kennedy, 55, of Mocksville, NC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital surrounded by her family.

Michelle was born on December 15, 1968, to William Leroy Meadows and Linda Faye Phelps in Forsyth County, NC. She had a passion for the Lord, life, and people. Michelle loved her family and friends beyond measure. She also loved antiques, meeting new people, and living life to the fullest. Her positive attitude, boundless energy, and beautiful smile will truly be missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Leroy Meadows; uncle, William Cecil Phelps; grandparents, Otis and Lucy Phelps, and Coyt and Virginia Meadows.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Robert Kennedy; daughter, Lydia Kennedy; son, Elijah Kennedy; her mother, Linda Meadows; sister, Robin Meadows, and all those whose lives she touched so deeply, by just being Michelle.

A memorial service will be held for Michelle at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of North Carolina.
