Michelle Costakis, 49, of Kernersville, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2021 at her home. Michelle was born on June 26, 1972 to Eleanore Bradshaw and Keith Wise.

Michelle was preceded in death by her daughter, Brittany Costakis; Mother, Eleanore Bradshaw; stepfather Tom Bradshaw; and Grandmother, Elfriede Holt.

If you knew Michelle, you knew she was one of the funniest, outgoing people you would ever meet with a heart of gold. Michelle worked at Piedmont Dialysis Center as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician. She had so much passion for her patients. Michelle will be missed dearly by her work family.  She made work fun to be at for her patients and co-workers.

Michelle’s favorite place was the beach! Michelle had plans to move to Florida to live out her old age with a long time best friend, Kristie Davis and her husband Elvin Davis, and two daughters Alaysha Davis, and Michelle’s little flamingo Taylor Davis.

A memorial will be held for Michelle on Sunday September 26, 2021 at Triad Park, 9652 W Market St, Kernersville, NC 27284, at 2 PM at Shelter 6. There will be a donation box at the Memorial and all proceeds will be donated to the Spina Bifida Resource Network in memory of Michelle’s daughter Brittany Costakis that passed away in 2015 at the age of 22.
