Michael Earl Weinheimer

Winston-Salem – Mr. Michael Earl Weinheimer, 64, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Kate B. Reynolds. He was born on February 18, 1961, in Niagara, New York to George and Sue Weinheimer. Among the many jobs that Michael has had, he was a Pipefitter for the last 40 years. He loved to tinker in the garage where he completely restored a CJ5 Jeep and an old Ford Pickup truck. He was an avid golfer and bowler and loved to fish at his parents’ cottage. He loved to spend time with his family and his dogs. Michael was a caring son, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be deeply missed. Michael enjoyed listening to music and he was always up for a good time.

He was preceded in death by his father.

In addition to his mother, Michael is survived by his two children, Rob Weinheimer(Julie) and Rachael Weinheimer; five grandchildren, Everleigh, Aleena, Lakelyn, Nash, and Colton; three siblings, Peter Weinheimer (Donna), Cathy Bryant (Todd), and Bruce Weinheimer (Melody); and five nephews, Josh, Jordan, Bruce, Kevin, and Anthony.

A funeral service for Michael will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Francis Smith officiating.
