Michael Allen Tise

Mr. Michael Allen Tise, 39, of Lewisville passed away Monday, October 18, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born October 2, 1971 in Forsyth County to Aaron Gerome Tise, Jr. and Tanya Mock Tise. Mr. Tise attended church and was baptized into the Methodist faith. He was a graduate of West Forsyth High School and Forsyth Technical College and formerly employed by the Winston-Salem Fire Department. He also worked doing auto body repair and building and restoring Harley-Davidson motorcycles. When health permitted, he worked on the Bahnson farm in Davie County. He had a keen interest in history, trains and loved the beach. He enjoyed early morning breakfast at the Battle Branch Restaurant in Huntsville and working on his bikes and building and fixing whatever. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Aaron and Versia Tise, Sr. and Allen H. Mock, Sr. Surviving is his mother of the home; his grandmother, Josephine Mock of Lewisville; two aunts, Sandra M. Spach and husband Ronnie of Boone and Martha R. Tise of Yadkinville; two uncles, Allen ""Zeke"" Mock and wife Sandra of Lewisville, and Donald L. Trotter of Winston-Salem; several cousins and friends and his ""number two mom and pop"", Peggy and Tony Parsons. A funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, October 22, 2010 at Lewisville United Methodist Church with Rev. Keith Bingham officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Children's Center, 2315 Coliseum Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.
