Mr. Michael “Mike” James Weldner was born in Rochester, New York on June 20th, 1967, to Charles Weldner Sr. and Ruth Tully. He left us on November 26th, 2024. Mike was a man whose laughter, love, and spirit made the world brighter for everyone who knew him. He had a heart as big as his smile and a laugh that could fill a room. Mike’s humor was his gift to the world, a reminder never to take life too seriously. Above all, Mike adored his girls, including his wife of thirty-five years; Bridgett Weldner, three daughters; Jessica Weldner, Ashley Weldner, and Sarah Weldner; and granddaughter, Jayda Huguley. He had a fierce loyalty to the Buffalo Bills that could rival any fan’s dedication. One of Mike's greatest joys was managing the band Sons of Bootleg. He poured his heart into supporting their music and sharing their talent with others. He lived unapologetically, embracing every moment with a determination to have fun beyond any means necessary. To Mike, life was an adventure, and he encouraged everyone around him to enjoy the ride. He leaves behind a reminder to always stay true to yourself. His memory will live on in every smile, every laugh, and every Buffalo Bills game played. The family receive friends from 1pm until 3pm Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
