Michael Anthony Holt

Mr. Michael Anthony Holt, age 34, passed away, March 31, 2016 at his residence. He was born, February 24, 1982 in Surry County to his parents, Keith Gray and Teresa Whitt Holt. Michael was a dedicated member of the Sauratown Volunteer Fire Department. Michael was passionate in helping people. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Donald Gray Whitt, Gromery Dairell Holt; grandmother, Polly Poindexter Hardy. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lynn Holt; one son, Caleb Holt; Parents, Keith and Teresa Holt; one grandmother, Louise Lineberry Whitt. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall, NC. with Lem Sprinkle and Brother Jerry Pardue officiating. Interment will follow at the Bennett Family Cemetery in King, N.C. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 6PM to 8PM at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel.
