Merle Lee Keller Rhyne

Mrs. Merle Lee Rhyne, 65, of Winston-Salem passed away March 4, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Alamance County to the late Howard John and Nellie Leona Teague Keller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Rhyne. Mrs. Rhyne was a founding member of Northridge Baptist Church and she and her husband were independent carriers for the Winston-Salem Journal with combined service of 60 years. She is survived by her son, Jeff Rhyne and his wife Angie; a granddaughter, Ashley Rhyne; first cousin and most recent caregiver, Virginia Duncan; a special lifelong friend who was like a daughter, Marty Perry and many other loving family members and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Dr. William Marr officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30pm until the service.
