Mayo Dull

Mr. Mayo Calvin Dull, 96, of Lewisville, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Clemmons Village II. He was born September 28, 1924 in Forsyth County to the late Jacob Elisha Dull and Gertie Yates Dull. Mr. Dull was a lifelong member of Shiloh Lutheran Church. He retired with over 45 years of service from June and Garland Adams Builders. Mr. Dull loved to rabbit hunt, fishing and always had a garden that he enjoyed working in. He was preceded by his wife of 71 years, Betty Redding Dull; two sisters, Helen Dull and Dovie Beroth and several half brothers and sisters and a daughter-in-law, Bette F. Dull. Surviving are his two sons, Terry Dull and Phillip Dull and wife Amanda W. Dull; a granddaughter, Chelsea E. Dull, all of Lewisville. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Shiloh Lutheran Church in Lewisville with Rev. Laura Wind officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service and the family request you to please wear a face mask when attending. The family would like to thank Trellis Supportive Care and a very special thanks to the Resident Care Director, Cindy Philpott and the staff at Clemmons Village II.
