Maxine Boyles

Ms. Maxine Minton Boyles, 79, of Kernersville, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Kernersville Medical Center. She was born December 28, 1942 in Forsyth County to John Franklin Minton and Hazelene Steele Minton. Maxine retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Terry Warner; a grandson, Zachary Warner and three sisters, Lois Dull, Wanda Luffman and Audine Cox and one brother, Keith Minton. Surviving are a son, Eddie Warner, Jr. (Donna); one granddaughter, Emily Hoffman; one sister, Joyce Stewart; two brothers, Frank and Steve Minton and a special friend, Roger Smith. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Doug Klein officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
