Mary Boyer Smith

Mrs. Mary Boyer Smith, 90, passed away peacefully Sunday May 1, 2022, in her home. She was born December 14, 1931, in Forsyth County to the late Paul and Nora Boyer. Mary was very skilled at sewing and could make almost anything especially fine bridal clothing and quilts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Howard Smith, a son; David Smith, a grandson; Alex Williams, and a son-in-Law; Mark Click. She is survived by her five children; Terry Conroy (Donna), Sandra Click, Barry Smith (Brenda), Steve Smith, and Anne Morgan (Jim), seven grandchildren, seven-teen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and her special loving friends; Clint and Sherry Kiger, Corenthea Brady Sarr, Helene Frederick, and Steve Halk. A funeral Service will be conducted 6:00 PM Friday May 6, 2022, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Rev Gary Styers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
