Mary Ann Mills Venable

OAK ISLAND--Mary Ann Mills Venable 68, died Sunday February 7, 2010 at Ocean Trail Convalescent Center in Southport. Mary was born in Guilford County to the late Harry and Nellie Marshall Mills. She was preceded in death by two sisters and her husband of 48 years Billy Ray Venable. Survivors include two sons; Billy Ray (Pam) Venable and William Shawn (Suzanna) Venable all of Kernersville; two daughters Karen ""Tina"" Senter (Roger) of Oak Island and Vickie Hodroff (Mark) of Charlotte; three brothers Paul Mills of Oak Island, Jerry Mills of Greensboro, and Jimmy Mills of TN. Five grandchildren Riley Venable, Cindy Wilson, Frank Marti, Tori Marti and Ross O'Neal; three great grandchildren Frankie Marti, Bailey Wilson, and Rachel O'Neal A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday February 13, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. The Family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. The family requests that memorials be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center 101 Hospice Ln.
