Winston-Salem- Mrs. Mary Agnes Hull Stewart, 85, passed away July 18, 2012 at Whitestone Masonic and Eastern Star Home. She was born March 23, 1927 in Lincoln County to the late Tillman Bryan Hull and Bunola Willis Hull. Mrs. Stewart was a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne College and John Hopkins University School of Nursing. She retired from Forsyth Technical Community College as a Nursing Instructor with over 20 years of service. She was a devout Christian and will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her children, Maurene Stewart Rickards, Charles Tillman Stewart and wife Beth, Thomas Bryan Stewart and wife Linda, and Joseph Maurice Stewart, Jr. and wife Rita; eight grandchildren, Joseph, Jacob, Brian, Meghan, Michael, Jared, Mollie, and Jane; three great-grandchildren; a brother, T. Bryan Hull, Jr. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, July 20, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Kenion Coleman officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Lexington. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
