Mary Lou McClure Snodgrass

ANDERSON, OH-Mrs. Mary Lou McClure Snodgrass, 83, of Anderson, Ohio, formerly of Pfafftown, NC, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Mary Lou was born on September 30, 1930 in Kanawha County, West Virginia to Dana Howard McClure and Mary Mildred Burdette McClure. She retired from Pilot Freight Carriers and N.C. Baptist Hospital. Mary Lou was a member of College Park Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Snodgrass was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband of 58 years, John Edward Snodgrass; son, Randal Jay Snodgrass; sister, Betty Rupert and brother-in-law, Rodney Rupert. Mrs. Snodgrass is survived by her son, Larry Snodgrass and wife, Nancy of Independence, KY; five grandchildren, Darrell and wife, Camille, Christina Lawson and husband Nicholas, Richard and wife Casey, Melanie Pravia and husband Julio and Mark Snodgrass; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Snodgrass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at College Park Baptist Church with Rev. Ramon Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
