Mary Dull Ridings

Mrs. Mary Dull Ridings, 84, of Yadkinville died Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Yadkin Valley Community Hospital. She was born November 25, 1930 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late William Samuel and Pauline Livengood Dull. Mrs. Ridings was a member of Yadkinville Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Franklin Ridings, her brother, Louie Edward Dull and her sister, Della Sue Williams. Survivors include two sons, Eddie Ridings and wife, Lois of East Bend and Frank Ridings and wife, Patty of Tobaccoville; seven grandchildren, Julie Wall and husband, David, Sherry Matthews and husband, Nathan, Eric Ridings and wife, Sheila, Kirk Ridings and wife, Jessica, Opal Ridings and fiancé, Greg VanHuss, James Hutchins and wife, Carrie and Julie Zebron and husband, Nathan; twelve great grandchildren; three brothers, Willie Dull and wife, Jean, Jessie Dull, George Dull and wife, Jeanette; one sister, Inez Hartman; and her former daughter-in-law, Cathy Driver. The funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Mr. Dennis Conner and Pastor Mark Elmore officiating. Burial will follow in Warners Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
