Mary Myers

Mrs. Mary Hilton Myers, 91, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.  She was born in Forsyth County on September 18, 1928 to the late Phillip E. Hilton and Mary Howard Hilton.  Mrs. Myers was member of Mocks United Methodist Church.  She loved dancing, playing bingo, reading, and traveling.  Preceding her in death was her husband, John Myers; two sons, one daughter, eight brothers and three sisters.  Surviving are a son, Donald Myers; daughter, Denise Potts; two grandchildren, Jennifer Parrish (Daniel) and John Potts and fiancé, Alex Myrick; three great-grandchildren, Candace, Carson, and Haley; brother, Eddie Hilton; sister, Jessie Mullis (James); also surviving are several nieces and nephews.  A private graveside service will be held at Mocks United Methodist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mocks United Methodist Church, 523 Beauchamp Rd. Advance, NC 27006.
