Mary Alfonso Dobbs

Mrs. Mary Alfonso Dobbs, 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born on September 15, 1932, in Kansas. When she was younger, Mary loved to dance, and she enjoyed traveling with her husband. She also enjoyed cooking and crocheting. 

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Alfonso; as well as five children, James Alfonso, Doris A. Wieberg, John Alfonso, Mike III, and Helen Alfonso.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Alfonso of Kernersville; her son, Danny Alfonso of The Philippines; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

A Luncheon/visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 1:00-3:00 PM at the Fourth of July Park in Kernersville, in the shelter by the playground.
