Mrs. Mary Kathryn Kimel Bell, 71, passed away Thursday, July 09, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Forsyth County on September 14, 1943 to the late B.J. Kimel and Grace Nifong Kimel. Mrs. Bell loved crafting, quilting, and gardening. She was of the Moravian faith and was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Preceding her in death was her parents and a special dog, ""Maggie."" Surviving is her husband of 51 years, Billy Bell; daughter, Kathryn Lynne Kelley; two sons, Michael James Bell (Jacki) and Stephen Douglas Bell (Kristi); four grandchildren, Joshua B. Kelley, Shannon L. Kelley, Jay D. Mabe, and Jordan W. Mabe; also surviving is a brother, Edward Kimel (Josette). A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Forsyth Memorial Park with Chaplain Rennie Adcock officiating.
