Mrs. Martha ""Jeanne"" Swaim Jenkins, 72, of Winston-Salem passed away Monday, November 17, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born July 29, 1936 in Forsyth County to the late H. Ray and Pearl Haire Swaim. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church at one time and she was the past choir director. She worked for various Real Estate Agencies over the past 30 years and loved interior decorating. She and her family loved following Duke Basketball. Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Wesley Ray Jenkins of the home; one daughter, Kelli Campbell and husband Tommy of Lewisville; one son, Wesley Ray Jenkins II and wife Chris of Clemmons; two grandsons, Zachary Campbell and David Blake; three granddaughters, Nikki Hurst of Winston-Salem, Gina Boone and husband Mike of Mocksville, Anna Blake of Clemmons; two great grandchildren, Taylor Hurst and Logan Eastman both of Winston-Salem; 2 sisters, Barbara ""Bobbi"" Lemons of Pine Knoll Shore, W. Sue Swaim of Winston-Salem; and her loving puppy, Miss Molly. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00PM Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Judson J. Milam officiating. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
