Marshall Forrest Riddle

KERNERSVILLE- Marshall Forrest Riddle, 84, passed away October 5, 2013 at Kernersville Medical Center. He was born November 12, 1928 in Surry County to the late Cordie Powell Riddle and Annie Caudle Riddle. Mr. Riddle was a member of Bunker Hill United Methodist Church, and worked for North Carolina Monroe Construction Company. Marshall served his country as a veteran of the US Navy. He was also a member of the Kernersville VFW and The Moose Lodge. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his two brothers Richard Lee Riddle and Glenn Fruit. Surviving are his wife Peggy Florence Moore; and two brothers, Raymond W. Riddle of Mt. Airy and Charles M. Riddle of Greensboro. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Tuesday October 8, 2013 at Bunker Hill United Methodist Church with Rev David Rorie officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday in the church fellowship hall.
