Mark William Formby

Mark William Formby of Winston-Salem, NC passed away in his sleep in his home on Sunday March 29th at the age of 37. He leaves behind his lovely bride of 8 years Karla, and two beautiful children - Alexa 5 years & Jacob 19 months. Mark was the faithful son of Bud & Becky Formby of Clemmons, NC. He was the loving brother to Kim Carraway of Ft. Myers, FL. The respected son in-law of Dennis & Marielos Soto of Costa Rica. Mark was loved by all who knew him. Mark lived a fun and interesting life. He loved to travel, fish, music, taking pictures, cooking, fixing and building things, and shooting his guns. He was very good with his hands and loved to work. The most important thing Mark enjoyed was his kids and spending time with his family. There will be a viewing on Friday April 3rd from 6pm-8pm at Hayworth-Miller on Silas Creek. The service will be on April 4th at 2pm at Hayworth-Miller on Silas Creek with Pastor Jeff Brown and Pastor Juan Carlos Suarez officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. Memorial donations will be appreciated & accepted at any Wachovia Financial Center in the names of Alexa Denise Formby or Jacob Andre Formby.
