Mark Alexander Cooper, 44, of Winston-Salem passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born February 8, 1965 in Texarkana, TX to Tillman and Maria Pasag Cooper. Mr. Cooper was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved building radio-controlled cars, aircraft, model cars, and other things that required working with his hands. His most favorite things were riding his motorcycle and playing video games. Surviving is his loving wife, Janet E. Cooper of the home; three daughters, Brittaney, Courtney and Lisa Cooper, all of Jonesville; his father Tillman Cooper and wife Kyong of Texas; his mother, Maria Whisonant and husband Jimmy of Yadkinville; two brothers, Casey Cooper of Texas and Mike Cooper and wife Sandy of Virginia; one sister, Marie Moore and husband Cliff of High Point; and also a host of family and friends. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 25 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons with military rites by the Clemmons VFW Honor Guard.
