Marjorie Crews Lee

Mrs. Marjorie Crews Lee, 83, passed away Sunday, August 02, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born March 29, 1926 to the late E. D. and Maude Tesh Crews. Mrs. Lee was a member of Ardmore Baptist Church and Macedonia Moravian Church. Her husband, Curtis Williams Lee preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Foltz of Clemmons; three grandchildren, David Hendrix, Lee Hendrix and Melissa Price; six great-grandchildren all of Advance. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel with Rev. Norwood Green officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at Macedonia Moravian Church Graveyard in Advance with Rev. Norwood Green and Rev. Jeff Carter officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
