Marjorie McGee Freedle

Our beautiful and loving mother and grandmother, Mrs. Marjorie McGee Freedle, born March 13, 1922 in Forsyth County, has departed this life to be in the loving arms of her precious Lord on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late William Levi and Cecie Tuttle McGee. Mrs. Freedle was a member of Konnoak Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Spencer Freedle and her daughter, Lynn Freedle Hutchens. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Freedle Benson and Tenia Freedle Keith (Mike) of Lexington; six grandchildren, Frank Watson (Suzanne), Renee Carlton (Donald), Kristi Jones (Ken) and Jeff Keith of Lexington and David Hutchens (Allison) and Amy Hutchens and her son-in-law, Ralph Hutchens of East Bend; eleven great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren; The funeral service will be conducted Monday at 11:00 AM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. John Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
